Our latest AccruentCares spotlight comes courtesty of Mike Zimmer, an Account Executive on the Accruent Healthcare Team. Mike and his family live in Jacksonville, FL.

"I have always enjoyed riding bicycles and I have decided to get a little more serious about road cycling. I set a stretch goal for myself to ride the length of Florida’s Eastern Coast from Jacksonville to Key West, something like 543 miles over the course of a week, starting on October 22nd. As much as I like cycling, I despise cancer. It is hard to find someone that has not been touched by that disease in one form or another.

"With all of that being said, I decided to make my ride a charity event where I will raise funds to benefit the Pediatric Cancer Research Foundation (PCRF for short). This organization aids in the funding of the research that saves children’s lives. They are ranked very highly on Charity Navigator, so you can rest assured that the funds raised will go towards making an impact.
