January 2013 | Acquisition of Expesite
As a provider of SaaS solutions for design and construction project management, Expesite represents Accruent’s 7th acquisition to date, vaulting the company into a leadership position in construction project management.
December 2012 | Acquisition of Evoco
With customers including the world’s largest retailer, Evoco’s real estate management system compresses the time taken to plan, design and construct new locations, store expansions and remodels. This acquisition expanded Accruent’s suite of retail solutions, furthering its commitment to retail with the increased expertise in large volume project management.
December 2011 | Acquisition of 360Facility
As a provider of SaaS-based commercial property management software for facilities management, 360Facility increased Accruent’s solution offerings for for corporations and service providers. This acquisition doubled Accruent’s customer base and expanded its offerings to over 56 countries.
March 2011 | Acquisition of Siterra
Accruent’s acquisition of Siterra, a SaaS-based company for site, lease, project and asset management software, allowed the company to expand its market dominance into the Wireless industry.
February 2008 | Acquisition of FAMIS Software
With the acquisition of FAMIS Software, a dominant provider of space, facilities, and asset management software in the Higher Education market, Accruent furthered its commitment to provide a comprehensive institutional real estate and facilities management system.
November 2004 | Acquisition of Tequila Software
Tequila’s flagship real estate management system, RetailLease, allowed Accruent to continue to consolidate the best offerings for lease administration to deliver the strongest possible solutions.
May 2004 | Acquisition of National Facilities Group (NFG)
At the time of the acquisition, Accruent & NFG represented the two largest providers of a real estate management system for commercial lease administration. As a result, the combined company became the leader in enterprise real estate management solutions.
