The Senior Project Manager is responsible for the management and successful implementation of complex enterprise software solutions, often for multiple projects simultaneously, to Accruent’s Fortune 500 customer base.

Engagements assigned to the Senior Project Manager are generally in excess of $500K and will require the Senior Project Manager to oversee one or more Consultants in the standard project activities. These implementation projects involve definition and management of project scope and project plan (including a comprehensive user adoption plan), management of Accruent team resources, development of requirements, creation of functional specifications, support of business process improvement initiatives, testing of customizations, and software installation, configuration and implementation.

Qualifications and Requirements
  • Extensive experience in enterprise software implementation project management (Five years minimum)
  • Eight years previous consulting/project management experience, including software industry experience.
  • Experience in successfully conceptualizing and up-selling solution components to existing clients.
  • Ability to oversee multiple projects, deliverables and resources simultaneously.
  • Experience with retail solutions, real estate lifecycle solutions
  • Excellent presentation skills and polished/professional demeanor
  • Solid working knowledge of MS Office, including MS Project and MS PowerPoint.
  • Flexibility to accept out-of-town travel assignments of varying duration.
  • Familiarity with relational databases, SQL, Client Server, Web architecture and Business Objects.
  • Familiarity with Citrix, Terminal Server and Web architecture.
  • Knowledge of Java, Java Script and Web servers a plus.
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills in order to liaise between the user community, executive sponsors and the technical team
  • Undergraduate degree in applicable field. Graduate degree a plus.
  • PMP certification a plus.
