  • November 2004 | Accruent acquired Toronto, Canada-based Tequila Software. Tequila had helped retailers achieve competitive advantage by improving the management of their real estate assets.
  • February 2008 | Accruent acquired Irving, California-based FAMIS Software, Inc., a leading developer of Integrated Workplace Management Systems (IWMS).
  • August 2010 | Accruent opens its Austin, Texas office.
  • February 2011 | Accruent acquired Siterra Corporation, a preeminent SaaS-based real estate and facilities solution.
  • December 2011 | Accruent acquired 360Facility, a leading SaaS-based facilities management solution company.
  • December 2012 | Accruent acquired Calgary, Canada-based Evoco, Inc. Evoco provided retail chains with SaaS solutions to improve the time to revenue associated with complex store construction programs.
  • January 2013 | Accruent acquired Columbus, Ohio-based Expesite. Expesite provided a suite of SaaS solutions highlighted by VisionPM, its design and construction project management product.
  • August 2014 | Accruent acquired Four Rivers Software Systems, Inc. and SiteFM, two specialist providers of healthcare facilities management solutions that bring deep industry knowledge, best-in-class products, and a presence in more than one-third of US hospitals.
  • November 2014 | Accruent acquired Boston-based VFA, Inc., the leading provider of end-to-end solutions for facilities capital planning and asset management.
  • August 2015 | Accruent Celebrates 20th Anniversary.
  • April 2016 | Accruent acquired Mainspring Healthcare Solutions, a leading provider of software and technology solutions to support services departments in U.S. hospitals.
  • June 2016 | Accruent promoted John Borgerding to chief executive officer. Mark Friedman, founder and former CEO, now serves as chairman of the board. 
  • September 2016 | Accruent acquired BIGCenter (Business Integration Group, Inc.), a top-ranked provider of Integrated Workplace Management Systems (IWMS), from Cushman & Wakefield and acquired Verisae, a leading provider of cloud-based solutions that connect facilities and assets to the maintenance and service network through the Internet of Things (IoT).
