Today, 65 percent of companies ar no longer content to treat their office space, retail locations, campus buildings, and manufacturing and warehouse facilities as a sunk cost. Best-in-class organizations, in fact, now consider their real estate and facilities portfolio as a strategic business area ripe for performance improvements and millions in cost savings.
