Morning Classes: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM Price

Advanced Form Configuration
This MORNING instructor led hands-on training class will provide advanced training on the configuration of forms in the Accruent Suite. Participants learn how to:

  • Design and create complex forms
  • Create Custom lists
  • Create form panels
 $300 per person

BusinessObjects
In this MORNING class, for the beginning and intermediate users of Business Objects, participants learn how to:

  • Work in the Java Query Panel
  • Restrict data with query filters
  • Modify a query
  • Apply simple query filters
  • Use prompts to restrict data
  • Work in the Java Report Panel
  • Display data in tables and charts
 $300 per person

FAMIS R2 – Facility Assessment 101
This MORNING hands-on training class will provide a detailed overview of all aspects of the FAMIS Facilities Assessment configuration, data loading, and the processing of deficiencies. Also included will be the creation of Lifecycle Model templates and the application of the Lifecycle model to Equipment and Structural Assets.		 $300 per person

This MORNING hands-on training class will provide a detailed overview of all aspects of FAMIS Visual Map and Visual Space Planner for 8i/XiR2 and XiR3+ on MapGuide Open Source.		 $300 per person

FAMIS XiR3 Overview 101 – Part I
This MORNING hands-on training class will provide a detailed overview of all aspects of implementing FAMIS in a "blended" environment. The class will include configuration, setup, security and navigation.  The management of Portfolio and the Online Store will also be covered in detail.		 $300 per person

This AFTERNOON class is designed for intermediate users of Business Objects. Participants learn how to:

  • Use breaks, calculations and sorts
  • Use report filters

  • Use alerters to highlight information
  • Organize a report into sections
  • Present data in free-standing cells
  • Create Formulas and variables

FAMIS R2 Key Control 101
This AFTERNOON hands-on training class will provide a detailed overview of all aspects of the FAMIS Key Control configuration, Lock management, Key management, and processing of Key Requests, Orders, Transfers, and Returns.		 $300 per person

FAMIS XiR3 Overview 101 – Part 2
 This AFTERNOON hands-on training class will provide a detailed overview and ‘deep-dive’ into the FAMIS XiR3.1 Publisher and Portal capabilities and the necessary configuration elements.		 $300 per person

R2 – Implementing FAMIS Self-service
This AFTERNOON hands-on training class will provide a detailed overview of all aspects of the configuration, user creation, and Procedure Library for the implementation of FAMIS Maintenance Management Self-service. The class will also address the processing of the requests entered through Self-service, the customer communication, and customer query options.		 $300 per person

Workflow Configuration
This AFTERNOON instructor led hands-on training class will provide an introduction to workflow configuration in Accruent using the new Workflow tool. Participants learn to create and manage basic workflows, as well as learn best practices around the configuration.		 $300 per person

BusinessObjects Universe
This FULL DAY instructor led course will provide high level training for a client’s business analysts and IT team on the configuration and maintenance of the Accruent Business Objects Universe. Participants will understand and are prepared to support the Accruent Business Objects universe(s) once in production, with instruction on the universe schema and object organization, universe design best practices, and working with dynamic database information (Forms, Custom List and Custom SEP data).		 $600 per person
