Accruent Appoints Robert Blatt Vice President, Product Development

Santa Monica, Calif., December 20, 2004 – Accruent, Inc., the leading provider of contract management solutions, announced today that Robert Blatt has joined the company as vice president of product development. Blatt will be responsible for overall product strategy and all product research and development initiatives.

Mr. Blatt brings 20 years of executive management experience that spans the key functional areas and growth stages of successful high tech companies. Blatt has a long track record of success in enterprise software with his early career including staff positions in engineering and product management at companies like Fujitsu and AT&T. More recently, Blatt served as Vice President, Products for Aspect Telecommunications (NASDAQ: ASPT) where he led the company’s product development initiatives across four product lines driving the company from zero to $500 million in revenue. Prior to joining Accruent, Blatt served as President and CEO of Outcome Software, a decision analytics software startup.
