We are looking for a  French speaking Support Associate to strengthen our team in North Shields. 

What are your responsibilities: 

As a Support Associate you will provide exceptional customer service to help sustain and improve the use of Accruent’s Enterprise Solutions.  You will serve as first point of contact (via phone, email and web-based support portal) to customers regarding software and technical issues. You will accomplish timely delivery of services, successful identification and resolution of issues or service requests through interactive customer communication. It is very important that all internal and external customer interactions are recorded in detail, so all necessary information is accessible.  
 
Because of your knowledge of the Accruent-supported products and technologies, you are able to follow support processes and incident response procedures and can clearly identify problems and apply the appropriate solution. In case needed you will escalate high priority issues to senior support staff and cross-functional teams to determine and address the root cause of issues.  
 
But the most important responsibility is that with your drive to excellence, you will not only help our customers but work on your personal development and career path!

What you bring to the table: 
You are highly motivated and have a passion for software, technology, customers, and problem solving. You have at least a high school diploma or equivalent and ideally have some relevant working experience in a (software) support role. It is important that you have excellent communications skills and are fluent in English and French, both verbal and written. Because of your customer-centric attitude you are able to diplomatically deal with angry/irate customers.  
 
Your strong organization skills ensure that you are able to prioritize, and you enjoy multitasking and excel in problem solving, assisting others and working under pressure. You enjoy working in a team and have a great professional attitude, working independently is therefore not an issue for you.  
Also, you don’t mind the fact that you will occasionally need to work outside of office hours if the technical issues requires that.   
 
You are eager to learn and do all that you can to learn and master new skills and gain more knowledge such as new software applications. Do you agree on the above? Then you are up for success as a Support Associate at Accruent.
