As an Associate Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will provide support to Accruent by sourcing and hiring top talent while working closely with our hiring managers and interview teams. You will play a crucial role in helping to ensure we continue to hire employees with the best possible skillsets who will also thrive in our corporate culture. We’re looking for an Associate TA Specialist who is dedicated to our growth and upholding our company values. The right candidate will be a motivated self-starter, thrive in a team setting, and have a passion for working with people.

 This position reports directly to the Manager of Talent Acquisition. This is a remote, work from home opportunity. 

 How you'll make a difference:

  • Manage the full recruiting life cycle of all areas of technical and professional recruiting including, but not limited to: sourcing, selecting, interviewing, evaluating, and closing candidates, primarily for entry level positions.
  • Demonstrate high-initiative approach towards owning and driving the recruiting process.
  • Proactively source candidates from a variety of resources including internet job boards, ad-reply, networking, direct sourcing, cold calling, etc. Research and innovate best practices on sourcing and engaging candidates for assigned roles.
  • Become a super-user of our applicant tracking system Greenhouse and use it to maintain our recruitment process and keep accurate details on our candidates.
  • Serve as external face of the company to potential employees. Continually communicate and reinforce the company’s brand and culture in the recruiting strategy. Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.
  • Prepare and present reports to hiring managers on recruiting and pipeline updates on a consistent basis.
  • Plan and help lead recruiting activities such as networking events or open houses.
  • Project manage specific TA goals assigned to you throughout the year.
  • Support senior members of the team with projects and responsibilities related to the Recruiting department, as required.

What you bring to the table: 

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Excellent communication, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience managing different projects in different life cycles at once and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven history of working within high performance teams.
  • Ability to pivot while working on competing priorities.
  • High sense of awareness and desire for feedback and continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish credibility, trust, and partnership at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven track record of acting with high sense of urgency at work.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
  • Previous experience in sourcing, selecting, recruiting, interviewing, and evaluating a variety of technical and non-technical candidate skill sets preferred

  • This job occasionally requires travel domestically (approximately 1-2 times per year).
  • This is a full-time, exempt opportunity.
