Our Operations Team

The Operations team is the centerpiece of Accruent’s ability to enable revenue. From managing the core business data to collaborating with nearly every department, this team gets to understand the ins and outs of how the company operates on a daily basis. If you like to be on a hard-working team that is focused on improving processes and thinking outside the box and supporting sales, professional services and renewals, then this is the right fit for you!

The Sr Analyst position is an integral part of Accruent’s Operations team, which is responsible for reporting, analytics, and process improvement for the Customer Success and Renewals team.  The Sr Analyst coordinates and collaborates with the Customer Success and Renewals teams regularly as part of Accruent’s Operations Unit.

 

How you'll make a difference

  • Provide Reporting and analytics to business partners along with insights and strategic thought leadership.
  • Lead core operational processes to include planning, forecasting, key performance metrics, incentive compensation planning (strategy, plan design, and quota planning), and coverage modeling.
  • Champions scale in the business through initiatives such as simplification and standardization of processes, policies, and operating infrastructure.
  • Elaborate/update/maintain process documentation for Professional Services Operations activities.
  • Partner and work with cross-functional global teams to ensure workflow works correctly and processes are continuously improved.
  • Capable managing large projects and holding stakeholders accountable.
  • High degree of business partner facing.

You'll stand out if you

  • Have an excellent customer-centric and partnership focus.
  • Have a Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or operations.
  • Have an experience knowledge of Microsoft Suite products with strong Microsoft Excel, Salesforce, Oracle, SAP. 
  • Have an experience working with Power BI - Dashboards is a plus.
  • Have an experience in the high-tech industry.
