Accruent Launches Next Generation Mobile Solutions at Insights User Conference
New mobile functionality drives efficiencies and helps reduce costs
AUSTIN, Texas—March 24, 2016—Accruent, the fastest-growing and largest independent provider of real estate, facilities and asset management solutions, today introduced its next generation mobile solutions at its annual Insights user conference in Austin, Texas. The mobile solutions, which feature purpose-built functionality to meet the unique needs of the industries the company serves, focus on driving user efficiency and reducing costs by streamlining processes and making it easier for customers to manage requests in real-time.

During the Insights opening day presentation, customers received a first look at the newly redesigned mobile application for 360Facility – Accruent’s purpose-built automated work order management system for facilities maintenance for the corporate real estate market. The 360Facility app, available for iOS and Android, simplifies facilities management by allowing technicians to manage and create work orders, upload and view pictures, add labor hours, comments and assets, all in a newly streamlined user experience.
"On average, each of my engineers has saved at least an hour a week using the new 360Facility app to manage and streamline work orders," said Thomas Curley, facilities manager with JLL. "In addition to productivity benefits, the app is very intuitive, which enabled our team to begin using it within hours.”
In addition to the 360Facility mobile application for corporate real estate, Accruent announced the release of a suite of mobile apps for TMS that will feature simple, connected functionality for key users. TMS is the company’s flagship biomedical asset management and facility management product for the healthcare industry.
Beyond product releases, Accruent offered several sessions at its Insights user conference focused on the many ways in which mobile functionality has transformed the face of asset, facility and real estate management. More than 300 customers in attendance learned from peers and Accruent experts how mobile technology continues to transform organizations.
Customers were also able to preview several new mobile applications in development for the retail market at the User Experience Lab. By marrying a world-class user interface with robust functionality, these mobile apps will help ensure retail projects are completed on time and on budget.
