Accruent Named a Leader in Gartner 2012 Magic Quadrant
Accruent today announced that it has again been named a Leader in Gartner Inc.'s 2012 Magic Quadrant for Integrated Workplace Management Systems (IWMS).
Gartner analyst Rob Schafer headlines the latest report by stating, "The integrated workplace management system market underwent major consolidation in 2011, emerging as more mature and with greater chief officer and board-level visibility. Organizations are starting to harvest significant ROI from its holistic, integrated management of the full facility lifecycle." Schafer goes on to say that "Accruent and its parent since January 2010, Vista Equity Partners, have been a key driver of this market consolidation."
In awarding Accruent its Leader designation, Gartner noted that Accruent "has a relatively unique strategy among IWMS vendors, in serving different vertical markets with distinct IWMS product suites that are purpose built for specific industries," and that "Accruent's IWMS suites generally have good functional matches in the industry verticals in which it plays, which can reduce implementation costs and optimize business value."
