Austin, Texas, August 1, 2017 – Accruent, the world’s leading provider of software and services that enable organizations to shape, drive, manage and control their physical assets, announced today that Twin Towers Trading Site Management (TTTSM) has selected Accruent’s project management software, Expesite, to track construction and renovation projects for their national and international retail clients.
TTTSM works with landlords and tenants to acquire and manage food and non-food space inside major retail locations, providing convenience to customers, expanding the retailer’s presence in the market, and increasing the profitability of underutilized space.
“We manage hundreds of new projects and remodels/relocations each year, and we operate over 2,100 locations nationwide,” George Leviton, Chief Operating Officer, Twin Towers Site Management. “We needed a solution to handle that kind of volume, and Accruent has an excellent reputation in the marketplace.”
Accruent’s project management software, Expesite, provides real-time visibility into schedules, increases efficiency by linking project tasks with milestone tracking, and improves collaboration through a single document library, allowing TTTSM to meet tight deadlines and uphold their obligations to clients.
“In a competitive environment, retailers rely on TTTSM to help them develop and grow their business,” said John Borgerding, CEO, Accruent. “Accruent’s project management tools enable TTTSM to remain a trusted partner in managing these projects at a significant pace and scale.”
