With Pentagon’s expertise and capacity to deliver value to customers through industry-leading software and services, these new software solutions add another layer of leading facility management product offerings.

• Accruent Observe Energy Management helps identify and correct high energy consumption by tracking key metrics, such as energy usage by locations and significant energy-consuming equipment. This helps organisations lower greenhouse gas emissions and achieve energy efficiencies.
• Meridian, an engineering document management (EDM) solution, that provides a centralised repository for engineering documentation, with configurable workflows to streamline collaboration with internal departments and ensure versioning and auditability for regulatory compliance.
• Maintenance Connection, a computerised maintenance management system (CMMS) solution that optimizes manufacturing performance through proactive maintenance and empowers workforce users with asset intelligence and efficient work order management and preventive maintenance.
