Accruent Announced a Definitive Agreement to Acquire Maintenance Connection, a Leading Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) Provider

To enable insights across multiple aspects of physical resource management, Maintenance Connection will integrate with Accruent solutions, including:

• View of engineering information management to increase knowledge for repairs with Meridian.
• Integration of IoT sensor data and alarms with Verisae into M2M exchanges.
