Unification of Brands to Provide Increased Functionality, Updated User Interface and New Integrations That Will Serve Multiple Industries and Markets

Austin, TX, Oct 26, 2020 – Accruent, the leading provider of solutions to manage the built environment, today announced that it will be combining its FAMIS and 360Facility product brands under a new shared brand, FAMIS 360. The new FAMIS 360 platform will meet the changing needs of facility management and better support education, public sector and corporate real estate markets by offering increased functionality, an updated user interface and new integrations.

“At Accruent, our goal is to deliver solutions that simplify the overall experiences of our customers,” explains Greg Rivera, Chief Product & Strategy Officer, Accruent. “We are excited to bring together more than 600 customers under a united product brand as we continue to deliver a more cohesive and integrated user experience. This also allows us to offer more specialized workflows and insights within a single platform.”

At the center of the new FAMIS 360 platform are key changes and updates that will be added throughout the remainder of 2020 and into 2021, including:

  • An updated, more modern user interface – including new login screens, headers, footers and work request screens.
  • Deeper and broader reports and dashboards, with powerful ad hoc analysis capabilities.
  • Additions to our existing capital planning and documentation management integrations, including extending the platform with the ability to manage the full lifecycle of IoT-generated work orders, and enabling seamless handoffs between facilities maintenance and room scheduling teams.

These updates will amplify the already powerful capabilities of FAMIS 360 that leading organizations rely on, including robust maintenance scheduling, space planning and asset management. These features provide customers with enhanced technician productivity, optimized space and occupancy management, centralized billing and improved occupant satisfaction.

Accruent serves more than 10,000 customers worldwide in markets including retail, manufacturing, corporate facilities and real estate, healthcare, higher education, public sector, utilities and telecommunications, providing comprehensive software solutions for the built environment. The FAMIS 360 software is currently used by more than 600 organizations worldwide.

“Navigating through and beyond COVID-19 will require our customers to be more interconnected than ever, while being further apart physically,” adds Cassidy Edstrom, Director of Product for FAMIS 360. “It’s all about technology that integrates and provides a user-friendly, seamless experience across devices and locations, and breaks down data and department silos. FAMIS 360 fills this need for businesses in the corporate, public and education industries.”
