Billie Hawkins is the Sr. Manager of Solution Engineering for Accruent, focusing on the EMS and FAMIS 360 suite for Space and Facilities Management. His passion for computers spans over most of his 21 years in the technology space. This included Technical Support, Applications Engineering, and SQL Administration. Billie has always preferred to work with customers (not just behind the scenes), and has helped Accruent achieve multiple Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service. In his spare time, he likes to tinker with new technology, and has been known to whip up a new web app or automation to support his smart house.
