Our involvement during this phase will help to ensure a smooth transition to Support once you go live. During this phase, we also work actively with you to help identify key contact users within your organization and ensure that these individuals have attended Accruent training courses and are experts on our solutions. This process will help ensure a smooth and reliable flow of core business processes once you go live.

This is accomplished by conducting annual onsite Solution Audit Workshops.
