Read Accruent's announcement that it has again been named a leader in Gartner Inc.’s 2014 Magic Quadrant for integrated workplace management systems.
Gartner Analyst Rob Schafer begins the latest report by stating, “Effective management of the facilities life cycle, often an enterprise's second-largest expense, requires modular deployment of a strategic, integrated suite of functionality. Real-estate and facilities executives must act now to manage the risks and reap the rewards of this rich IWMS opportunity.”
Positioning Accruent in the ‘Leaders’ quadrant, Schafer noted that “Accruent’s total commitment to a cloud/SaaS delivery model is consistent with our research indicating that SaaS represents the significant (and growing) majority of IWMS deployments.”
“Gartner re-affirms our complete transition to a cloud/SaaS solution,” said Mark Friedman, CEO and Founder of Accruent. “Accruent committed to the cloud because it is the best solution for our customers. It reduces total cost of ownership, enhances agility and eliminates the burden of system maintenance and upgrades.”
Accruent provides end-to-end IWMS cloud-based software solutions to manage the entire real estate and facilities life cycle, including site selection, capital project management, facilities management, space and occupancy management, portfolio management, asset management, maintenance management, and lease administration.
Accruent’s recent introduction of Accruent Project Management aligns with Gartner’s inclusion of mobility as one of its “high-demand capabilities” and demonstrates the company’s commitment to innovation. Accruent Project Management was built from the ground up with mobility at its core – enabling access anytime and anywhere from any device.
Gartner also emphasized Accruent’s strong business and financial performance. “For the past three years, Accruent has grown rapidly in terms of gross revenue and profitability. Its [Accruent’s] strategy of pursuing growth both organically and through acquisitions has yielded good financial stability and improved long-term viability,” said Schafer.
According to the report, Gartner believes that Accruent will continue to strengthen and grow; aided by targeted acquisitions, particularly in international markets.
“Gartner recognized Accruent’s sustained growth, long-term viability and strong financial resources. Over the next several months, we will continue delivering value to our customers, enhancing IWMS software features and expanding into additional vertical markets,” said Friedman.
