Independent analyst firm recognizes Accruent’s comprehensive IWMS solution.
Austin, Texas, August 24, 2017 – Accruent, the world’s leading provider of software and services that enable organizations to shape, drive, manage and control their physical assets, today announced that Verdantix, an independent analyst firm, has named Accruent as a leader in Integrated Workplace Management Systems.
The Verdantix Green Quadrant® Integrated Workplace Management Systems 2017 report highlights the strengths of Accruent’s broad suite of IWMS applications, and comes on the heels of Accruent’s recent acquisition of Lucernex.
Based on benchmark data from product demonstrations and independent customer research, Verdantix compared 14 IWMS software providers for the 2017 report. From this analysis, and the performance of Accruent’s software, Verdantix recognized Accruent as a leader for Integrated Workplace Management Systems.
Verdantix also assessed Accruent for its international presence, lease accounting functionality for upcoming FASB changes, and capabilities in capital project management – from establishing project milestones and capital budgets to day-to-day project management.
