About the Presenters
David Hing has been working at Accruent for 3 years, initially as a Customer Success Manager. He was awarded Customer Success Manager of the year 2018. He joined the renewals team in January 2020, managing renewals across all products in our international business.  

Luiza Ghita joined Accruent 4 months ago with a vast experience in renewals team, working before as a Software Contract Administrator and making sure every detail is in process.
