Duration: 60 Minutes.
EPA 608 regulations for Enterprise Refrigerant Management are changing starting at the beginning of 2019. Refrigerant leak thresholds are changing, certain refrigerants are being phased out, and the fines are looming for 2019 and 2020. The EPA can fine a business up to $37,500 per day, per non-compliant system for leaking refrigerant since it is an Ozone Depleting Substance. This number does not take into account the mandatory upgrades you would need to make to your system if you failed an EPA audit.
