In August 2017, Lucernex and Accruent joined forces with Lucernex becoming part of the largest company focused on optimizing every aspect of planning and managing physical assets.

The market has reacted positively to the news of the Lucernex acquisition. We continue to socialize our plans to make our clients and their businesses more efficient and profitable.

Since August, we have deepened relationships with numerous clients, and 18+ additional clients have purchased Lucernex products and have become part of the Accruent family.

As a result, we have expanded the customer support team by 50%. This expanded team will handle the anticipated growth in support requests as more clients go-live on the Lucernex solutions.

We have invested in our customer success team with additional dedicated staff to better service the Lucernex customer base. As our expanded customer success staff transitions in, they will reach out to you to make introductions and share plans for how they can serve you better.

For our customer conference in April 2018, we are assembling a great track for our retail customers. The conference is a great opportunity to:

  • network with other retailers
  • learn about the retail product roadmap
  • receive hands-on education and training on the Lucernex products and other retail solutions
  • address industry concerns such as the lease accounting standards
